Testing an Olympus tough 8010 underwater. Main reason I enjoy these cameras is having the flexibility knowing I can shoot photos or video under any circumstance. These really are the cameras that parents should be looking to purchase if they are thinking of upgrading. Video Rating: 0 / 5

this is a really nice camera! Olympus Stylus 1050 SW +waterproof +shockproof +crushproof +freezeproof +dustproof in summary, its virtually indestructable! +10 megapixel + 3x optical zoom +Tap control (can use it with your winter gloves on) +face detection +takes micro SD (not micro SDHC) and stupid xD card +price = 0 as of 11-06-2008 CONS ==== – slow. its slower than my sony T7. the Olympus doesnt like rapid shooting. theres a 2-3 seconds delay in between taking photos. – cannot zoom while recording video – have to take battery… Continue reading

This was my first underwater video taken in Aruba, off the beach at the Renaissance Aruba’s private island! I love swimming off the island – dive boats park nearby.
